SydostLeader is a non-profit organization working with project support for rural development in 14 municipalities in southeastern Sweden. Our main authority for the operations is the Swedish Board of Agriculture.

We are now looking for a project developer who can help inspire more people to participate in community development in the southeast. Your main task will be to discuss project ideas with applying organizations and companies, handle cases in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's system, and maintain contact with the agency's case officers. You will also participate in inspiration meetings throughout the area and follow up and support projects through the entire process from application to final reporting.

Other tasks include office duties such as planning meetings, booking venues, following up on projects, project applications, and project reporting, etc.

As a project developer, you are passionate about community development, enjoy meeting new people, and are structured. You should be meticulous, have a personal drive, and possess administrative skills. You have access to a car and hold a B driver's license.

We prefer that you have a university degree in rural development from, for example, SLU or similar.

It is an advantage if you have worked as a project manager or in a project form before, but it is not a requirement. Another advantage is if you have knowledge of the different forms of associations and how these are regulated.

The employment is a permanent position, with a six-month probationary period, at 50% with the possibility of an additional 25% position in a time-regulated project employment. Start date earliest 2024-02-06.
